Nourish Together:
A Family Food Security Program
At the heart of every home is a shared meal. For families rebuilding after reunification, cooking and eating together isn’t just nourishment—it’s healing.
Summer Grocery Gift Card Program — Now Enrolling.
This summer, our Nourish Together program is offering grocery gift cards to reunified families impacted by foster care. These cards allow families to shop for foods that are familiar, comforting, and culturally meaningful—helping restore dignity and rebuild routines around the dinner table.
If your family could benefit from this support, we invite you to reach out and enroll. Grocery gift cards are available now.
Family Pantry — Coming Soon.
To expand our food security efforts, we’re developing a Family Pantry inside a Family Resource & Furniture Center in Santa Rosa.
Stocked with essential pantry staples—and fresh items when possible—the pantry will provide a reliable safety net during tough weeks. More than just a place to pick up food, the pantry will be part of a welcoming space where families are seen, supported, and never judged.
When it opens, the pantry will offer:
Shelf-stable groceries and essentials
Fresh items as available
A warm, community-focused environment
Access to furniture, household goods, and wraparound support
